Not only was a doctor not performing the procedure, as required by NJ law, there was no licensed health professional even present in the office while hundreds of these procedures were performed.


With the average procedure costing well over $1000, hiring an esthetician to do a physician's work was a lucrative plan. Yet patients' safety should never be compromised for the sake of the dollar.
